Job Requirements

Improve the planning and delivery process by collecting and maintaining data in a consistent form

Supporting the project governance and control including tracking the performance and progress of projects

Promote programme and project management methods and standards and implement of positive programme and project management practice, and the monitoring of certain programmes or projects

Facilitate the creation and update of programme or project plans as required

Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies

Support in the identification of where cross-project dependencies exist and monitor these in support of the relevant managers

Support management in the implementation of agreed regular progress reporting mechanisms for all projects





Experience of delivering project management

Proven capability in Jira & PowerPoint

Experience of using Co-pilot and automation to drive continuous improvement

Demonstrable Experience Of Working In Agile Models Required

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines

Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple domains and functions and at different levels of hierarchy

Foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies driving digital transformation in banking sectors will be good to have
