About the Role
Congruent Demeanour (CD) is looking for a Growth & Outreach Intern who is passionate about networking, building relationships and creating current opportunities.
You will work closely with the CD leadership team to expand our network of founders, CXOs, business owners, senior professionals, industry experts, speakers, sponsors and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities• Research and identify relevant professionals, companies and potential partners.




• Build and maintain a database of prospective members, guests, speakers and sponsors.
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and other relevant channels.
• Start meaningful conversations and build relationships with prospects.
• Invite curated guests to CD events and experiences.
• Identify and approach potential guest speakers and experts.
• Research potential sponsors and strategic partners and initiate conversations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain the outreach pipeline.
• Coordinate with the CD team for meetings, introductions and event participation.
• Track outreach, responses, meetings and conversions.
• Support overall community growth and business development initiatives.
