Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Nangloi.
The Sales Executive will engage with prospective residents and their families, conduct site visits, and present Vardaan Senior Living’s services and amenities in a clear, empathetic manner.
Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools, and coordinating with the operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospects.
The role involves building relationships with referral partners, local community organizations, and healthcare providers to generate new business opportunities.
The Sales Executive will work toward achieving sales targets, preparing reports, and providing market feedback to support continuous improvement of services.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in converting leads into confirmed clients or bookings.




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Customer service and client relationship management skills, including handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other sales-related software tools.
• Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living services is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in , including weekends or evenings as needed for visits and events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
