Position Overview

• Role: Outbound Survey Calling Agent / Survey Research Executive.

• Purpose: Conduct structured B2B phone surveys.

• This is a research/survey calling role.

• The agent will speak with business professionals, conduct the approved questionnaire, accurately record responses, and maintain required call dispositions.

• Work mode: Work from office.

• Shift: Night shift, following the US holiday calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to contacts provided by the client/project team.

• Use the approved survey opening and questionnaire without altering or leading questions.

• Identify and engage appropriate business respondents based on the survey screening questions.

• Conduct the survey professionally and capture responses accurately in the CRM, survey platform, or tracker.

• Record call outcomes, follow-ups, and required dispositions after each call.

• Handle respondent questions using only approved project information.

• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations while maintaining a qualified respondent experience.





Required Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, telecalling, B2B calling, market research, survey calling, lead generation.

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional telephone etiquette.

• Strong listening, questioning, and conversation skills.

• Comfortable speaking with business professionals and decision-makers.

• Able to follow a structured script/questionnaire accurately and remain neutral while collecting responses.

• Good typing, data-entry, and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Comfortable working with CRM, dialer, survey, or call-tracking platforms.

• Patient, persistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repeated outbound calling.

Preferred Experience

• B2B outbound calling or market research/survey campaigns.

• Lead generation or appointment-setting experience.

• Experience speaking with senior business stakeholders.
