Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Appointment Scheduler to join our team in the Greater Kolkata Area.
The Appointment Scheduler will handle incoming and outgoing calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to keep calendars and bookings updated.

Key Responsibilities• Make and receive professional phone calls.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Maintain accurate appointment and customer records.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide clear information about services.




• Follow provided call scripts and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding appointments and bookings.
• Handle basic sales and marketing follow-ups.
• Identify potential leads and support lead conversion.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Qualifications
• Strong appointment scheduling and calendar management skills.
• Good phone etiquette and clear communication.
• Strong customer service and active listening skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain accurate records.
• Basic sales and lead-handling skills.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and basic office tools.
• Previous experience in a call center, front desk, telecalling, or appointment coordination is an advantage.
• Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent qualification.
