Koozo Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is a Gurugram-based e-commerce company that operates as a house of brands, focusing on innovative, practical, and lifestyle-oriented consumer products.

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and results-oriented Head – India COD Ecom to lead and scale our Cash-on-Delivery (COD) ecommerce business in India.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–12 years of experience in ecommerce, D2C businesses, Shopify operations, quick commerce, supply chain management, procurement, and performance marketing, with proven expertise in managing P&L;, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the entire ecommerce business lifecycle — from product procurement and marketing to fulfillment, customer experience, and profitability.

1. Business Strategy & P&L; Ownership

• Lead the overall strategy, revenue growth, operational performance, and profitability of the India COD Ecommerce business.





• Take complete ownership of the business P&L;, including revenue, gross margins, customer acquisition costs, logistics expenses, and contribution margins.

• Develop and execute growth strategies to scale the business sustainably.

• Identify recent product categories, market opportunities, and revenue streams.

• Establish business forecasts, operating budgets, financial targets, and performance KPIs.

• Analyze business performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve profitability.

2. India COD Ecommerce Operations

• Oversee end-to-end COD ecommerce operations, including order generation, confirmation, processing, fulfillment, and delivery.

• Develop strategies to maximize order confirmation and successful delivery rates.

• Minimize Return-to-Origin (RTO), cancellations, delivery failures, and operational costs.
