Position Summary

Join the Portfolio Accounts team as a Specialist, Client Account Management. In this role, you will support strategic activities for assigned client accounts by coordinating research, reporting, planning, chance management, and governance processes. You will work with account leaders and client-service teams to develop client insights, maintain account operations, and support account strategies.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Client Account Management on the Portfolio Accounts team, you will be responsible for:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of account initiatives, including client relationship management, account operations, account planning, pipeline management, contracting coordination, and internal operations.
• Support account leaders with account strategy, opportunity management, relationship-building activities, client knowledge, and account governance.
• Conduct company, sector, market, and industry research; translate findings into client reports, sales collateral, point-of-view materials, and recommendations.
• Create and maintain dashboards,



recurring reports, financial and opportunity analyses, and account updates using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Coordinate account planning workshops, stakeholder meetings, team communications, and Voice of Client feedback activities; prepare pre-read materials, notes, and action tracking.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business management, analytics, mathematics, or commerce
• 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, client account management, account operations, business research, or market research
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, or automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power BI
• Experience conducting company, industry, or market research using Factiva, Hoover, or both
• Experience analyzing da
