Program Coordinator, Schools Program
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Role Purpose:
Lead the implementation, adoption, and scale-up of Quest Alliance’s school transformation initiatives across the state by enabling teacher-led delivery, through the MT cascade model ,strengthening government partnerships, driving data-informed decision-making, and ensuring operational excellence. The role is accountable for achieving program outcomes, maintaining implementation quality, stewarding stakeholder relationships, and building a high-performing team aligned with Quest Alliance’s mission and values.
A key responsibility of the role will be to manage the entire Ideathon & Hackathon and strengthen the MT cascade model so that MTs are able to effectively support teachers and teachers are able to compete there IH journey through BOT & independently facilitate the Ideathon and Hackathon journey with students.
The Coordinator will use data, field insights and regular implementation reviews to identify gaps,



solve operational challenges and improve the quality and scale of implementation.
The role will work closely with the Senior Program Manager, district teams, Learning Experience, M&E; and government stakeholders and will provide implementation support to the Career intervention in Ramgarh.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Program Delivery & Implementation Excellence across 3 priority Districts and the PM shri schools
Drive end-to-end implementation of IH & Career program activities across 3 priority districts , Deoghar , Dumka and Ramgarh. Ensuring quality, timelines, and achievement of outcomes.
Responsible for end to end planning to implementation of IH in 248 PM shri schools
Responsible for the planning and execution of onground implementation plan delivery milestones, and timely data submission for the L3 & L4 reviews .
Conduct regular field visits and implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
