KEY PURPOSE

The Manager - Retrofit Execution is responsible for achieving turnover and sustainable growth in the retrofit business by effectively managing project execution, cost control, timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety standards. The role ensures that all retrofit projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations while optimizing gross margin and driving repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieving the turnover target as defined in the Annual Business Plan (ABP), ensuring alignment with the broader business growth objectives.
• Identifying and seizing new business opportunities within the retrofit space, expanding the service offering and contributing to top-line growth.
• Building long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and preferred vendor status, positioning the organization as a market leader in retrofit services.
• Implementing long-term cost control measures through process optimization, vendor management,



and cutting-edge execution practices to maintain profitability in the face of fluctuating costs.
• Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to continuously improve project margins and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensuring on-time delivery of all retrofit projects, leveraging best-in-class project management methodologies to avoid delays, cost overruns, and liquidated damages.
• Regularly reviewing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline project workflows and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Strategically managing customer expectations and ensure achievement of targeted Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) score.
• Actively collecting feedback from clients post-project to identify areas for improvement and securing positive referral letters.
• Building and executing customer retention strategies to foster long-term partnerships, contributing to repeat business and market leadership.
