About the Role

Join HARMAN as a CI/CD Engineer and help power the delivery engine behind our next-generation products. You'll design, build, and scale automated pipelines that keep our global teams shipping high-quality software with speed and confidence. If you love creating reliable build and release systems, partnering across engineering, and turning manual steps into elegant automation — this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Build and evolve Jenkins pipelines to automate build, test, packaging, and deployment.




• Administer Git repositories and Gerrit reviews; define branching, tagging, and release strategies.
• Maintain consistent build environments; use Docker to containerize and standardize pipelines.
• Integrate static code analysis and quality gates (e.g., CodeSonar) and drive remediation with teams.
• Manage artifacts in JFrog Artifactory, including versioning, promotion, and retention policies.
• Orchestrate release readiness with development, QA, and validation; plan and execute customer releases.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from source to builds, tests, artifacts, and deliveries; craft explicit release notes.
• Troubleshoot CI/CD issues and lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Hands-on experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins.
• Strong proficiency with Git and code review workflows (Gerrit preferred).
