Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will
support the development of new business opportunities across assigned markets
and customer segments, with a focus on B2B and B2G engagements. The role will
generate and qualify leads, build relationships with prospective and existing
customers, understand customer requirements, coordinate suitable product
solutions with internal teams, and support opportunities through presentations,
demonstrations, proposals, follow-up and conversion. The position is part of
the Marketing function and requires willingness to travel for customer meetings
and business development activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business
opportunities across assigned markets and customer segments.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, customer references,
industry events, cold calling and other relevant channels.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer profile, requirements, needs, decision
process and potential business prospect.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective




customers across B2B and B2G segments.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to
provide suitable product solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, product pitches and
demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, proposals and open opportunities and work
towards timely conversion.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally and support
requirement clarification during the sales process.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities
and support business planning.
• Maintain timely records of customer interactions, lead status and follow-up
actions and provide updates to the reporting manager
