We are looking for a Brand Lead for a growing D2C beauty and personal care organisation.

Role

· This leadership role offers end-to-end ownership of marketing for assigned categories, shaping brand strategy, strengthening consumer engagement, and driving category growth.

· Lead the marketing strategy and execution for the Skincare and Haircare categories, with accountability for category growth and brand health.

· Collaborate with E-commerce, D2C, Offline Sales, and other channel teams to drive category revenue and achieve business targets.

· Lead Innovation – NPDs & EPDs

· Build & Lead a High-Performance Brand Team





· Be a Thought Partner

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in brand or category marketing, preferably within Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or established consumer brands.

• A proven track record of building and scaling consumer brands or categories.

• Strong expertise in consumer insights, brand strategy, positioning, and communication development.

• Experience leading current product development (NPD), existing product development (EPD), innovation, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
