Senior Leadership Position – Investment Management

About our client

Our client is an investment management firm focused on delivering
research-driven investment solutions and building a strong presence in the
Indian market headquartered in USA, with branch offices in Hong Kong, China,
London & India (Chennai & Mumbai)

Location: India

We are looking for a Senior Leader to lead and drive the
organisation’s India business and investment activities.

Role

· Lead the India business and investment strategy, with
overall responsibility for growth and performance.

· Build and strengthen relationships with investors, clients, family
offices, institutions and other key stakeholders.

· Drive investment research, portfolio strategy and investment
decision-making in line with the firm’s objectives.

· Lead and develop a high-performing investment and research team.





· Identify recent business opportunities and strengthen the firm’s India
market presence.

· Work closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders on strategy,
investments and business development.

What We’re Looking For

· 15+ years of experience in investment
management, asset management, family offices, wealth management, private
markets or related buy-side businesses.

· Strong track record in investment
research, portfolio management and investment decision-making.

· Experience in leading teams and managing
senior stakeholder relationships.

· Strong understanding of the Indian
investment landscape, markets and institutional/client ecosystem.

· Proven ability to combine investment
expertise with business leadership and growth orientation.
