We are looking for an Executive – Product Management to join our Product Management team at Voltas Beko.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the management of assigned product categories throughout the product lifecycle
• Conduct market, competitor and consumer analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
• Support new product launches, including product positioning, feature benchmarking and launch readiness
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D;, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams
• Monitor category performance, market trends and competitor activities
• Support product portfolio, pricing and business performance analysis
• Coordinate product-related activities and follow up on key actions across functions
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Product Management or a related role
• Experience in the Home Appliances / Consumer Durables industry is preferred
• Experience in any one or more of the following categories will be a strong advantage: Refrigerators, Washing Machines, and Cooking Appliances
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
