Quant Researcher – Systematic Equities

About our client

Our client is a systematic equities investment platform focused on
developing research-driven investment strategies using quantitative models, financial
data and systematic investing.

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a Quant Researcher – Systematic Equities to support quantitative research and development of systematic equity
strategies.

Role

· Research and evaluate equity factors and investment signals across areas such as value, quality, momentum, growth and profitability.

· Develop and test systematic equity models and investment ideas,
including historical backtesting.

· Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate the robustness
and performance of investment signals.

· Work on factor combinations, portfolio construction, risk analysis
and performance attribution.





· Work with large financial datasets using Python and quantitative
research tools.

What We’re Looking For

· Strong quantitative, mathematical and
analytical skills with a genuine research mindset.

· Experience or interest in financial
markets and systematic investing.

· Solid understanding of statistics,
probability and quantitative methods.

· Good exposure to Python, statistical
modelling, econometrics, factor investing or portfolio analytics.

· Candidates from Engineering,
Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Equity Research or related
backgrounds with approximately 5-15years of relevant
experience are encouraged to apply.
