Job Title: Team Lead - Partner Onboarding

Location: Delhi (Hybrid)

Role Overview

This role focuses on managing the end-to-end onboarding of merchants and payment/banking partners, ensuring that new partners are onboarded smoothly, efficiently, and in line with risk, compliance, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchant onboarding across multiple payment and banking partners

• Virtual Account (VA) creation and management

• Understanding of pay-in, payout, and card checkout flows

• Knowledge of global fiat and stablecoin fund flows

• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams

• Jira workflow management, project tracking, and onboarding governance

• Partner onboarding lifecycle management and process optimization

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Fintech, Payments, Banking, PSP, Acquiring, or Cross-Border Payments background preferred

• Solid understanding of risk and compliance considerations in payment flows

• Excellent stakeholder management and operational execution skills

• Delhi-based candidates preferred

• Immediate joiners are preferred
