We are looking for a Vendor Coordinator to manage and coordinate vendor-related activities, including procurement support, quotation management, purchase order follow-ups, delivery tracking, documentation, and vendor performance monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and timely vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of required products and services.

• Obtain, review, and compare vendor quotations based on business requirements.

• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.

• Maintain and regularly update the vendor database and related documentation.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Stores, and Operations teams for vendor-related activities.

• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and delivery timelines.

• Identify and resolve vendor-related issues in coordination with relevant internal teams.





• Support vendor evaluation and performance tracking activities.

• Ensure proper documentation of vendor agreements, quotations, invoices, and other records.

• Assist in identifying and onboarding new vendors and suitable service providers.

• Track pending vendor payments and coordinate with internal teams for timely processing.

• Prepare regular vendor status, activity, and performance reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Vendor Management, Vendor Coordination, Procurement Support, or Purchase Coordination.

• Valuable understanding of vendor coordination and procurement processes.

• Strong skills in quotation comparison, purchase order follow-up, and delivery tracking.

• Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and multiple internal departments.
