About Us:

Casita Hospitality is a growing hospitality and tourism company based in Wayanad. We manage boutique stays, resort properties, and customized Malabar/Wayanad holiday packages. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Telemarketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Vythiri.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach: Call prospective guests and leads who have inquired about room bookings, boutique stays, and Wayanad tour packages.

Package Promotion: Present and explain our resort accommodations, holiday packages, and custom itineraries clearly to potential guests.

Sales Conversion: Follow up with leads via Phone and WhatsApp to close bookings and assist with guest reservations.

Query Resolution: Answer guest questions regarding stay amenities, locations, pricing, and itinerary details professionally.

Database Management: Maintain daily logs of customer calls, feedback,



and booking statuses.

Key Requirements:

Location: Candidates must be residing in or near Vythiri, Kalpetta, Chundale, or surrounding areas with easy daily commute access to our Vythiri office.

Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (Mandatory). Knowledge of English or Hindi is a strong added advantage.

Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply! Prior experience in tele-sales, hospitality, travel desk, or customer support is preferred.

Skills: Friendly telephone etiquette, basic computer/smartphone knowledge, and active listening skills.
