Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business leads and convert them into customers.

* Develop and maintain solid relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key clients.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.

* Promote company products and introduce new product offerings.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

* Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

* Visit customers regularly business relationships.

Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.

Experience

* 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing

* Experience in FMCG, retail, or wholesale sales is preferred.

Skills Required

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Excellent customer relationship management.

*Good presentation and selling skills.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

* Willingness to travel for customer visits.

* Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
