We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to lead business operations and drive revenue growth across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing sales teams, developing market strategies, expanding the customer base, and ensuring effective execution of business plans.
Job Description
- Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Executives/Relationship Managers, and field teams.
- Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities within the region.
- Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth,
cross-selling, and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor branch/area-wise performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular field visits and support teams in achieving business objectives.
- Ensure effective recruitment, training, development, and retention of the regional sales team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
