We are looking for a Senior Accountant / Accounts Professional with 5–10 years of experience and strong practical exposure to *NCLT and NCLAT is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounting and financial matters related to NCLT/NCLAT proceedings.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, reports and supporting documentation.
- Assist with financial analysis, claims, records and documentation required for NCLT/NCLAT matters.
- Coordinate with legal, finance and other professional teams for regulatory and tribunal-related requirements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Support insolvency, restructuring and related financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Practical and hands-on experience with NCLT/NCLAT matters is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in insolvency, restructuring or corporate financial matters will be preferred.
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle financial information and meet deadlines.
