Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning & Designing Engineer with strong expertise in electrical system planning, design, drawings, estimation, and project documentation. The candidate will be responsible for developing technically sound electrical designs and coordinating with engineering, project, procurement, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare electrical planning and detailed engineering designs for projects.
- Develop and review Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical layouts, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Prepare load schedules, cable schedules, equipment specifications, and electrical calculations.
- Design electrical systems based on project requirements, applicable standards, and site conditions.
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and technical requirements for electrical works.
- Review electrical drawings, designs, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Cost Estimation, and Site Engineering teams.
- Conduct technical discussions with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams whenever required.




- Support site teams in resolving design-related technical issues and modifications.
- Review and approve design changes based on project requirements.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings, calculations, BOQs, and other engineering deliverables.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical codes, standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Electrical Planning & Designing.
- Hands-on experience in SLD preparation and electrical layouts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant electrical design software.
- Good understanding of electrical load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, protection systems, and equipment selection.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, material estimation, and technical specifications.
- Understanding of HT/LT electrical systems, distribution systems, transformers, panels, cables, earthing, and protection systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and review electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety standards and engineering practices.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
