We are looking for an cutting-edge and detailed-oriented Architect to lead and support design projects from initial concept through to final construction. In this role, you will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable architectural designs that align with client requirements, local building codes, and safety standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and project managers to bring architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Development: Create detailed architectural designs, conceptual sketches, spatial layouts, 2D working drawings, and 3D visual models for recent structures, renovations, or expansions.
- Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budgets, site constraints, and aesthetic goals; present design proposals and incorporate feedback.
- Engineering & Contractor Coordination: Partner with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and general contractors to ensure technical feasibility and seamless design integration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit documentation, site plans, and working drawings for municipal approvals, zoning clearances, and building permit processes.
- Site Supervision: Conduct periodic site inspections to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards,



and resolve field challenges.
- Specification & Material Selection: Select appropriate construction materials, finishes, and fixtures while preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project specifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in an architectural firm or construction environment.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or Rhino).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for client presentations.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, structural systems, building materials, and construction techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with sustainable/green building practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
- Demonstrated leadership or project management experience.
