RacingAhead is a sports management and events company that creates and delivers sporting experiences for corporates, communities, schools and institutions.

We are expanding our Corporate Employee Wellness Program and are looking for a dynamic, energetic and highly proactive professional who can build strong relationships with corporate clients and help us make sports and wellness an integral part of their workplace culture.

The Role

We are looking for a people-oriented go-getter who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, building relationships and making things happen.

You will be the primary point of contact between RacingAhead and our corporate clients, particularly their HR, Administration, Employee Engagement and Wellness teams.

You will take ownership of the relationship from the first conversation through to program delivery, ensuring that every client receives a professional, engaging and memorable experience.

The role will also involve managing and growing RacingAhead's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Client Engagement

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients and initiate conversations with HR, Administration, Employee Engagement and Wellness teams.
- Present and explain RacingAhead's Corporate Employee Wellness Program in a clear, compelling and qualified manner.
- Understand each organisation's requirements and customise the program accordingly.
- Follow up on leads, conduct meetings and presentations, and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and RacingAhead throughout the engagement.

2. Program Planning & Execution

- Coordinate with corporate clients to understand employee participation, schedules, facilities and other requirements.




- Plan and schedule regular sports and wellness activities for employees.
- Work closely with RacingAhead's internal event-organising team to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate logistics, communication, registrations, schedules and on-ground requirements.
- Be present at programs/events when required and ensure a high-quality participant experience.
- Collect client and employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve or expand the program.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and proactively address issues before they become problems.

3. Business Development

- Develop new corporate leads through networking, research, referrals and creative outreach.
- Explore opportunities to expand the program within existing client organisations.
- Identify opportunities for additional sports events, tournaments, employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for recent corporate wellness products, formats and experiences.

4. Social Media & Digital Presence

- Manage RacingAhead's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Develop creative and engaging content around events, corporate wellness programs, sports activities, achievements and company initiatives.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Create or coordinate posts, stories, reels, photographs, videos and other digital content.
- Identify current trends and creative ways to increase engagement and visibility.
- Work with the internal team to capture relevant content during events and programs.




- Monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve RacingAhead's digital presence.
