*Job Role & Responsibilities:*

- Handling customer queries via Chat, Email & Calls (Semi Voice)

- Resolving customer issues with high customer satisfaction

- Working in rotational shifts if required

*Salary & Perks:*

- *For Experienced:* ₹31,000 CTC per month
26k CTC for freshers
