Measurement & Verification: Measure the built-up area and land plot boundaries accurately using tools and verify them against available approved building plans.
Documentation & Photography: Take transparent interior and exterior photographs of the property, access roads, and boundaries, while checking legal documents like sale deeds and approvals.
Collect current local market rates, sales trends, and rental values from the surrounding area.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
