About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Finance & Credit Operations to support our finance, credit processing, client coordination, and lending operations. The candidate will work closely with clients, banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to support loan processing, financial documentation, project appraisal, and credit-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Credit & Loan Processing

- Assist in sourcing and processing loan proposals.
- Track loan cases from initial enquiry through documentation and disbursement.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing of applications.

2. Financial Documentation & Analysis

- Collect, verify, and maintain client financial and KYC documents.
- Assist in basic financial analysis and preparation of project-related reports.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.

3. Bank, DSA & Lender Coordination

- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and other lending institutions.
- Follow up on loan proposals, documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with lending partners.

4. Client Coordination





- Communicate with clients regarding documentation and financial requirements.
- Assist clients in understanding and completing the required documentation.
- Support the team in structuring suitable financial solutions.

5. Project & Advisory Support

- Assist in project appraisal and financial assessment.
- Support subsidy documentation and valuation-related data collection.
- Assist in debt structuring and other financial advisory assignments.

6. MIS & Internal Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of active leads, loan cases, and project status.
- Prepare MIS reports and regular updates for management.
- Track pending cases, follow-ups, approvals, and closures.

7. Startup & Business Support

- Support management in research, documentation, and process development.
- Assist in establishing systems and processes for credit advisory and deal execution.
- Contribute to improving internal finance and credit operations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
