The Civil engineer / Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates through to final accounts. This role ensures projects are completed within budget, materials and labor are efficiently procured, and contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
