The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to identify and address individual student needs, develop strategies for academic success, and foster a positive learning workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Guidance: Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students to discuss their academic progress, goals, and challenges.
2. Academic Advising: Help students choose courses, develop study plans, and create strategies for academic success.
3. Career Guidance: Assist students in exploring career options, creating career plans, and developing skills for future success.
