Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and subcontractors, coordinating materials, monitoring workmanship and ensuring that the project is completed according to the approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedule.

- Key Responsibilities1. Site ExecutionSupervise daily interior construction and fit-out activities at site.
- Coordinate execution of civil, carpentry, false ceiling, gypsum, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, glass and other interior works.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Check measurements and levels before and during execution.
- Coordinate multiple trades to avoid delays and clashes.
- 2. Labour & Subcontractor ManagementManage and allocate workers according to daily work requirements.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, ceiling contractors and other subcontractors.
- Monitor labour productivity and attendance.
- Ensure sufficient manpower is available to meet project deadlines.
- 3. Material ManagementCheck materials received at site against approved requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and protection of materials.
- Prepare material requirement requests based on site progress.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Report shortages, damages or incorrect materials immediately.
- 4. Quality ControlInspect workmanship at every stage of execution.
- Ensure proper finishing and installation quality.




- Identify defects and coordinate immediate rectification.
- Ensure all works comply with company quality standards and client requirements.
- 5. Project ScheduleFollow the project execution schedule and daily work plan.
- Monitor progress against planned completion dates.
- Highlight delays and site constraints to the Project Manager.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports.
- 6. Drawings & CoordinationRead and understand architectural, interior, civil, electrical and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with designers, architects and project managers regarding drawing clarifications.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are used at site.
- Communicate site requirements and discrepancies to the concerned team.
- 7. Client & Consultant CoordinationCoordinate professionally with clients, consultants and building management representatives at site.
- Attend site meetings when required.
- Communicate work progress and site issues to the Project Manager.
- Maintain professional conduct at all times.
- 8. Safety & HousekeepingEnsure workers follow site safety requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness.
- Ensure tools and materials are stored safely.
- Report accidents, unsafe conditions and site hazards immediately.
- 9. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily site reports.
- Record manpower, materials received and work progress.
- Maintain measurement records where required.
- Prepare snag lists and coordinate closure of pending works.




- Maintain photographic records of project progress.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, gypsum, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing coordination.
- Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and WhatsApp reporting.
- Solid attention to detail and quality.

Qualification & ExperienceQualification: Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, residential interiors or construction site supervision.

Candidates with experience handling office, commercial, retail, hospitality or residential interior projects will be preferred.
