Waiter & Steward – Front of HouseJob Responsibilities

- Guest Service: Welcome and assist guests warmly, understand their requirements, provide attentive table service, and ensure a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Food & Beverage Service: Take accurate orders, explain menu items and recommendations, serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards, and ensure correct presentation and timely delivery.
- Guest Interaction: Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback professionally. Maintain a polite, positive, and helpful approach while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Table & Restaurant Standards: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup throughout the shift. Ensure tables, service areas, and dining spaces are always clean, organized, and well presented.
- Team Coordination:



Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other FOH team members to ensure smooth and efficient service, especially during busy periods.
- Billing & Closing Duties: Assist with POS orders, billing, and payments accurately. Support restaurant opening and closing activities while following all SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication, customer-service skills, professional grooming, food & beverage knowledge, teamwork, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
