Job Responsibilities:

• Source Home Loan, LAP and MSME Loan business through direct sales and channel sourcing.

• Acquire new customers through field sales activities, referrals, DSAs, builders and connectors.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.

• Guide customers through loan eligibility, documentation and processing.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and business associates.





Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan, LAP, MSME Loan, Mortgage Sales, Banking Sales, HFC, NBFC or Financial Services.

• Strong sales aptitude and customer acquisition skills.

• Good communication and relationship management abilities.

• Local market knowledge preferred.
