Job Summary We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable tax and compliance services, and converting qualified leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good follow-up discipline, and an interest in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, online leads, referrals, networking, and other channels. • Contact prospective customers and understand their business, tax, registration, and compliance requirements. • Explain B Tax Advisors' services clearly and professionally. • Identify the appropriate service based on the client's requirement and coordinate with the internal CA/tax team where required. • Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. • Convert qualified leads into paying customers. • Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups, discussions, and conversions in the CRM/lead management system. • Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Achieve monthly lead-conversion and revenue targets. • Coordinate with the operations and professional team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process. • Keep track of pending follow-ups and ensure that no potential lead is missed. • Participate in business development activities, networking, and referral generation. • Provide regular reports on lead status, conversions, and sales performance to management.
