1. Job PurposeThe Senior Manager – Canteen Operations will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of canteen and food service operations. The role involves managing daily operations, manpower, food quality, hygiene, customer satisfaction, cost control, inventory, statutory compliance, and client coordination.

- 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Canteen OperationsManage and supervise day-to-day canteen operations efficiently.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of meals, snacks, beverages, and other food items.




- Maintain smooth coordination between kitchen, service, stores, and administration teams.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and special events.
- Monitor operational standards and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- B. Manpower ManagementPlan manpower requirements according to operational needs.
- Manage supervisors, chefs, cooks, stewards, pantry staff, helpers, and other canteen employees.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower availability.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
- Conduct training and performance reviews of staff.
- Ensure proper deployment of manpower during peak hours.
