Designation : Travel Consultant

key responsibilities:-

- Handle domestic and international travel enquiries.
- Prepare and sell customized travel itineraries and packages.
- Handle flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, re-issuance and refunds.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines and other travel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Handle customer queries before, during and after the trip.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings and payments.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Candidate Criteria

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in the travel industry.
- Good knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations.
- Experience in travel bookings and itinerary preparation.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of air ticketing and travel documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
