Job Summary

Vcare Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations

Manager to manage daily site operations, lead the operations team and ensure smooth

service delivery and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Supervise, guide and coordinate with the operations team.

• Allocate tasks and monitor attendance, discipline and performance.

• Manage customer/visitor flow and ensure quality customer service.





• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.

• Prepare daily reports, MIS and operational records.

• Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with maintenance/technical teams whenever required.

• Ensure implementation of SOPs, safety and operational guidelines.

• Conduct team briefings and drive productivity and service quality.
