Job Description for Sales Executive

Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma in Engineering from any reputed university.

Job Function:​

1. ​Identifying Recent Prospects/Customers by different sources of leads generating activities like tele-calling along with working on leads provided by company.
2. Meeting with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate ​​​guidance.
3. End to End process of customer application including, but not limited to:

- Site Surveys
- Assisting customers with applications under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
- Complete application and documentation in PM Surya Ghar Portal.
- ​Facilitating loan applications by coordinating with the concerned banks and ensuring ​submission of all required documents.

Ensuring 100% payment collection from customer.
2. Supporting in Net Metering by coordination and liaison with DISCOM during the installation of ​solar system.
3. Closely working with Execution and Back End Team and provide necessary documents and ​information about the customer.
4. Creating & Managing customers data base with all necessary documents.
5. Working efficiently in order to achieve monthly sales target.
6. Basic understanding of computer applications like MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
