We're looking for a confident Sales Associate to handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for potential buyers who've already shown interest in our carry bags.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Education: 12th Pass (HSC)

English level required: Basic English Speaking, Reading and Writing

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp/chat
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products
- Follow up with leads until conversion
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Coordinate with production/dispatch for order fulfillment
- Build relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with phone sales and chat-based selling
- Valuable negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, email)
