Job Overview
We are hiring NPA Collection Agents for our in-house call center. The candidate should have hands-on experience in NPA / Write-Off collections and must be comfortable handling customers with 180+ DPD accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle collection calls for 180+ DPD / NPA accounts.
Follow up with customers for overdue and outstanding payments.
Negotiate and drive payments as per company-approved processes and guidelines.
Handle NPA and Write-Off cases effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups and improve collection efficiency.
Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
Update customer interaction and payment details accurately in the system.
Follow all call quality, compliance, and Code of Conduct requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory:
Prior experience in NPA Collection or Write-Off Collection.
Experience handling 180+ DPD accounts.
Relevant experience in a collection call center / in-house collection process preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on collection performance.
Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
Compensation
Net Take-Home: ₹22,000 per month
CTC: ₹26,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives over and above salary, linked to collection performance.
Important Hiring Criteria
Only candidates with relevant NPA / Write-Off collection experience should be considered.
Preferred Profile: Candidates who have independently handled 180+ DPD, NPA or Write-Off portfolios.
