- Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain daily fuel consumption, vehicle-wise fuel expenses, and related operational data.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel transactions, bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on fuel consumption and expenses.
- Analyze fuel usage patterns, cost variations, and vehicle-wise consumption trends.
- Identify discrepancies, unusual fuel consumption, and potential cost leakages.
- Reconcile fuel entries with bills, vehicle logs, and operational records.
- Track vehicle-wise and location-wise fuel expenses and highlight deviations.
- Prepare Excel dashboards and reports to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and ground teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and proper documentation.

- Required Skills & Qualifications




- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications in Finance, Statistics, or Operations are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and data analysis.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience in MIS reporting, data entry, reconciliation, or expense tracking is preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
