ELECTRICIAN – PG/CO-LIVING PROPERTIES

Responsibilities:

Handle all electrical repairs and maintenance across Navkar Estates PG properties.

Attend tenant complaints for electrical issues (switches, MCB, wiring, fans, lights, sockets) within committed time.

Carry out routine safety checks and preventive electrical maintenance visits.

Install and repair electrical fittings, fans, tube lights, MCBs and wiring as needed.

Coordinate with the property caretaker/manager to schedule visits without disturbing tenants.

Maintain a record of repairs, spare parts used, and safety checks per property.

Ensure all electrical work follows standard safety practices.

Requirements:

Prior experience as an electrician (freshers with ITI/trade training may also apply).

Own basic tools; company provides spares and consumables.

Should be comfortable travelling between properties in Mulund, Bhandup, Thane and nearby areas.

Honest, punctual and courteous with tenants.
