Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions via voice or chat support for international clients
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer queries
- Maintain high standards of written communication and customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and follow standard processes

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice or chat Process (Mandatory)
- Comfortable working in US shifts

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong typing speed and multitasking ability
- Positive problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
