Glowb&Glamz; is hiring a Field Sales & Marketing Executive for its skincare products in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

• Visit cosmetic shops, beauty stores, salons, pharmacies and distributors within the assigned territory.

• Introduce our products, explain pricing and offers, and secure sales orders.

• Develop new retail outlets and maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Follow up for repeat orders and customer payments.

• Coordinate orders and deliveries with our team.

• Submit daily reports of customer visits, enquiries, orders and collections.

• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.

• Experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care or FMCG preferred.

• Minimum education: 12th Pass.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.





• Hindi communication required; Marathi preferred. Basic English is sufficient.

• Willingness to travel daily for customer visits.

• Smartphone required.

• Existing retailer, salon or distributor contacts are an advantage.

• Candidates of any gender may apply.

Salary & Perks:

• Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience.

• Performance incentives: expected ₹3,000 per month, subject to sales targets and customer payments collected.

• Approved local travel expenses reimbursed separately.

• Product training provided.
