Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Expansion Field Executive to expand our Lithium-Ion Battery distribution network across Delhi and Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential distributors and dealers, developing channel partnerships, generating business leads, and driving market expansion.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Expand the Lithium-Ion Battery distribution network in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research, market mapping, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, EV dealers, and business partners.
- Drive dealer activation, market penetration, and business growth.




- Visit markets regularly to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily activity reports and track dealer onboarding performance.
- Achieve assigned onboarding and business development targets.
- Required Skills & Qualifications1–4 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, distribution, or business development.
- Experience in EV, batteries, automotive, FMCG, telecom, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable understanding of market mapping and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
