Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Mortgage Tele-Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating home loan leads, scheduling appointments, coordinating with field sales teams, tracking loan applications, and ensuring a smooth custommame er experience throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database to generate home loan leads.

2. Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with field sales executives for customer visits.

3. Follow up with customers and track appointments, document collection, and loan application status.

4. Monitor loan files until document submission, credit processing, and serial number generation.

5. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM/LMS systems.

6. Ensure quality conversations by maintaining accuracy, product knowledge, customer profiling, and effective communication.

7. Handle customer queries and objections professionally while ensuring timely follow-ups.

Achieve assigned targets related to calls, appointments, lead generation, and conversions.

9. Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and provide feedback on customer interactions.

10. Participate in weekly quality feedback sessions and performance review meetings.

11. Maintain knowledge of company products, loan policies, processes, and competitor offerings.

12. Generate customer references to support business growth.

13. Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and professional standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any stream.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.

- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM/LMS systems.

- Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and a positive attitude.

Working Requirements

- Login Hours: 9 hours per day.

- Talk Time: Minimum 3.5 hours per day.

- Break Time: Not more than 1 hour, as per company policy.

- Willingness to work in a target-driven tele-sales setting.
