Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Store Keeper for our manufacturing facility. The role involves managing end-to-end inventory operations, including the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods, while maintaining warehouse safety and organization.

- Key Responsibilities

- Inward Goods Management:
- Receive incoming consignments of raw materials and packaging items against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Inspect deliveries for quantity, specifications, physical damage, and quality compliance; log deviations immediately.

- Inventory Tracking & Data Entry
- Record all material receipts and dispatches accurately in inventory software (e.g., Busy, Tally) and physical logbooks.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between system records and floor inventory.
- Monitor stock thresholds (reorder levels, safety stock) to prevent production downtime or overstocking.

- Material Issuance & Staging:
- Issue raw materials and packaging supplies to the production floor strictly against approved material requisitions.
- Enforce FIFO (First-In,



First-Out) protocols to prevent obsolescence, spoilage, or material aging.

- Warehouse Organization & Standards:
- Maintain clean, organized storage using pallets, designated racks, floor markings, and transparent labels.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, clean storage practices, and secure material handling.

- Finished Goods & Dispatch Support:
- Coordinate the intake of finished goods from production into the storage bay.
- Assist in staging, verifying quantities against dispatch invoices, and supervising loading onto transport vehicles.

- Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of storekeeper or warehouse experience in a manufacturing, food, or FMCG setup.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic MS Excel/Word and familiarity with inventory management software (Busy or Tally preferred).
- Core Competencies: Strong numerical ability, high organizational discipline, and attention to detail.
