Kedia Organic (kediaorganic.com) delivers organic groceries and farm-fresh products across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Kalyan. We’re looking for a friendly, organised person to join our team.
What you’ll do
- Call customers who left items in their cart (abandoned carts) and help them complete orders
- Answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages about orders, products and delivery
- Confirm orders, take feedback and follow up with repeat customers
- Help with packing orders and checking items before dispatch
- Coordinate with the delivery team on daily orders
- Keep straightforward records of calls and orders in Excel/Google Sheets
Who we’re looking for
- Comfortable speaking Hindi, Marathi and basic English
- Polite, patient and confident on the phone
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Willing to do hands-on work like packing
- Freshers welcome; tele-calling or customer service experience is a plus
- Interest in organic and healthy food is a bonus
