We’re hiring a Placements Manager (or HR Staffing Lead) to handle MicroDegree’s student placements - freshers to 10+ years experienced professionals.
Role involves:
- Building and managing client relationships (mainly tech companies and staffing vendors)
- Handling end-to-end placement operations
- Leading a small internal team (3–5 recruiters)
- Using tools like LinkedIn, Excel/CRM to manage data and reporting
We are looking for Team Lead or Manager for placements!.
Salary: Upto 6 LPA + Incentives
Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Language: Kannada & English
Mode: Work from office, Day Shift
Preferred: B2B sales Experienced with Team Leader
