- We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our solar installation team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems related to rooftop solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar PV systems (residential & commercial)
- Perform electrical wiring, panel board connections, and inverter installation
- Assist in net metering and system commissioning
- Conduct site inspections and identify electrical requirements
- Troubleshoot faults and ensure system safety and efficiency
- Coordinate with installation team and supervisors
- Follow safety standards and company guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field
- Basic knowledge of solar systems (preferred)
- Experience: 0–3 years in electrical or solar field
- Ability to read electrical drawings and diagrams
- Familiarity with tools and electrical safety practices
- Willingness to travel for site work
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
