Job DescriptionWe are hiring hardworking, enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for multiple positions in our restaurant. Candidates should be responsible, well-groomed, punctual and willing to work in a team.

- 1. Waiter / StewardWelcome customers and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
- Handle customer requests politely.
- 2. Restaurant CaptainSupervise waiters and service staff.
- Manage table allocation and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Coordinate between customers, kitchen staff and management.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain service standards and staff discipline.
- 3. Restaurant CashierHandle customer billing and payments.
- Operate POS/billing software and maintain transaction records.
- Handle cash, UPI, card and other payment methods.
- Coordinate with service staff regarding bills.
- Maintain accurate daily cash and billing records.
- 4. Kitchen HelperAssist chefs and cooks with food preparation.
- Wash and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.




- Help with utensil cleaning and kitchen organisation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- 5. Cook / ChefPrepare food according to the restaurant menu and recipes.
- Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.
- Manage ingredient preparation and kitchen workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and other team members.
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimise food wastage.
- Candidate RequirementsQualification: 8th Pass / 10th Pass / 12th Pass, depending on the role.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for suitable positions.
- Relevant restaurant or hotel experience preferred for Captain, Cashier and Cook/Chef roles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer-service attitude and professional behaviour.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic hygiene and food safety awareness.

Preferred Industry BackgroundRestaurant, Hotel, Café, QSR, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Catering.
